Privatize all government except matters of state using productivity standards Pensions / health care shift to the winning bidder Unions can bid to perform to these standards pensions / health care flow from bidders compensation Using health savings accounts and orthomolecular medicine. |

Education performance based pay - private sector / voucher if needed (charter schools). Course content reviewed annually by Board of teachers and parents equal numberss of each. Review of lesson plans, books, materials from outside sources and video of in class performance quarterly. Tenure based on performance only - One Room School house model needed - more skilled student tutors the less proficient. More experiential methods needed versus memorization. Advance degrees will be based on answering real needs vs. thesis based on intellectual harassment i.e. counting the number of angels that fit on the head of a pin because funding was available. |

AII benefits for welfare / health and schooling require citizenship and six month residency. Unwed mothers will be matched with the fathers who will be required to either pay support or volunteer for public service regardless of age. |
