Purpose: to let you know your options!

What: How local medical practitioners apply other forms rather than

traditional medicine to reduce and eliminate Chronic Disease.

Who are the other service providers who care for chronically ill.

Why: · To educate the chronically ill about options available to them (those taking more than asprin) ;

· To educate and support the caregivers of the chronically ill;

· To educate medical practitioners and the general public to workable

options beyond traditional medicine and to integrate valid nutrition.

When: Saturday, October 15^th, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
